Determine the presence of coarse texture or lines based on the tactile sensation and continuity of the neutral pen scratch. The surface can be identified using oxidized materials.
3. Spray paint test: During the full inspection sampling, use an automatic spray painting equipment to spray the material surface, simulating the expected spray painting effect. After the surface dries for 1-2 minutes, observe and determine if there are any lines, recessed or raised areas, etc. The surface can be identified using sprayed emulsion paint.
4. Acid treatment test: During the full inspection sampling, take a 300mm sample section from the third bar and immerse it in a boiling mold tank for 30-40 seconds.
