Henan Junmei Aluminum Industry Co., Ltd., established in 2013, is located in Dengfeng City, Henan Province. It is backed by Mount Song and adjacent to Shaolin Temple, with beautiful scenery and pleasant scenery; Zhengzhou-Shaolin Expressway, Shangqiu-Dengfeng Expressway, Jiaozuo-Tangshan Expressway, and Yancheng-Luoyang Expressway intersect here, making transportation convenient and geographical conditions very superior. With a total investment of 790 million yuan and a total construction area of 120,000 square meters, the designed annual output of aluminum profiles is 100,000 tons, and the products are widely used in automobiles, rail transit, aerospace, shipbuilding, medical, industrial, and construction fields.
The company currently owns 10 extrusion production lines of 800T-4000T, equipped with horizontal and vertical spraying lines, wood grain transfer printing production lines, oxidation production lines, and thermal insulation strip production lines. At the same time, it owns more than 100 domestic and imported precision CNC processing equipment, slow wire cutting machines, and laser welding equipment.
The company continuously improves its testing and environmental protection facilities, introduces advanced testing instruments, and equips itself with complete environmental protection facilities to build a low-carbon green factory. It has successively passed ISO9001 quality management system certification, ISO14001 environmental management system certification, IATF16949 automotive management system certification, ISO50001 energy management system certification, China Classification Society quality certification, intellectual property management system certification, and two-integration management system standardization. It has been awarded as a Henan Province "Specialized, Refined, Special, and New" small and medium-sized enterprise, a Henan Province intellectual property advantage enterprise, a Henan Province service-oriented manufacturing demonstration enterprise, and a Henan Province green supply chain management enterprise.
